Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
