At NOOR3LIBAAS, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or defective upon delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, hijabs, scarves, and accessories cannot be returned if they have been worn, tried on, washed, or altered.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. To report a damaged item, please email us at noor3libaass@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the damage. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on item availability. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: items that are not damaged, sale or discounted items, gift cards, and items damaged due to misuse, wear, or washing.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be covered by us only in cases of verified damage.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. This policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
